He has a degree in Electronics Engineering at Bachelor's level, and Post graduate and Doctorate in Management. He has also done FDP from IIMA. He has rich industrial experience prior to joining the academics. He has more than fifteen years of experience in academics. His areas of interest are Brand Management, Industrial Marketing, Service Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Rural Marketing and Sales and Distribution Management. He is a visiting faculty and expert at many Universities and leading B-Schools of state and also a recognized doctoral guide. He is also recognized as an Assessor with NAAC, Bangalore.

An MBA with Marketing and Finance with B.E in Instrumentation and Control. She has total eight years of teaching and industry experience in MBA. Her industry experience of Sales, Marketing, working with ERP software and MIS reports and its applications are very vast. She has participated in workshops and seminars in her interested area. Her areas of interest are Quantitative Techniques, Production and Operations Management, Sales and Distribution Management, Consumer Behaviour, Project Management and Business Research Methodology by using SPSS, AMOS and Gretl. He is a Fellow Member of ICSI. Besides being, he has been providing consultancy and advisory in the field of corporate and Allied laws, M&A, Taxation, Financial Accounting and Corporate Governance to Medium and Large size organisations and firm of Practicing Company Secretaries. He has been teaching Accounting, Costing, Financial Management, Derivatives, Taxation and Laws since 2010 for various professional courses like CA, CS, CMA, ACCA and MBA’s. He is a resource person for professional courses like ICSI, ICMAI and various universities of Gujarat and trained more than 4000 professionals during span of 14 years. He has published two books with renowned publisher “Bharat Law Publication” on subjects “A Guide to Corporate Finance” and “Financial Derivatives: Theory, Concepts and Problems”.
