Important Instructions for Admission Reporting of ACPC Admission for Actual Round 02

06/10/21 Notice for Confirmation of Admission in Actual Round-2 English and Gujarati at (http://www.jacpcldce.ac.in) 
1. Deadline for confirming admission to ACPC is 06-10-2021 to 12-10-2021.
8. Candidates who have confirmed admission, have to report (Online or offline) at institute on or before 18-10-2021.
Students who got admission in BTech, Sem-1 in Dharmsinh Desai University (DDU) are advised to report their admissions, without any delay after confirming their admission in ACPC portal, to avoid loss of study. (Kindly refer the information posted by ACPC at(http://www.jacpcldce.ac.in/be.asp) 
FAQs for Admission Reporting at DDU, through ACPC
Common Questions
Question (Student): What should I do after I confirm my admission in the ACPC portal?
Answer:  You should immediately download the Provisional Admission Letter (also Provisional Seat Allotment Letter) and you should report your admission to DDU.
Question (Student): What is the meaning of Admission Reporting?
Answer:  It means you have to submit necessary documents related to admission to DDU and DDU will provide you your username and password for DDU E-Governance Portal (https://egov.ddit.ac.in/).
Question (Student): Do I have to do both ONLINE reporting and OFFLINE reporting?
Answer:  No, Not both. You have to do any one, either ONLINE (by duly filling provided ONLINE Form) or OFFLINE (visiting DDU with all necessary documents).
Question (Student): Is it compulsory that a student has to visit DDU for OFFLINE reporting?
Answer:  Yes for OFFLINE reporting, the student is required to visit DDU.
Question (Student): Where exactly I have to come for OFFLINE reporting?
Answer:  The student, along with all necessary documents, needs to visit Registration Desk (in DDU ACPC Help Center), First Floor, Main Building, Faculty of Technology, Dharmsinh Desai University.
Question (Student): If I do OFFLINE reporting, how will I get username and password?
Answer:  You can visit the Registration Desk on working days, during 11:00AM to 5:00 PM. You will be provided your username and password on the same day if you produce all required documents with registration form. The Registration Form will be provided by the Registration Desk.
Question (Student): If I do ONLINE reporting, how and when will I get username and password?
Answer:  Admission Registration Office will do verification of your submitted form and documents, then will generate your user account, then will send you your username and password on your provided email address. This process usually takes two to three working days, depending upon at what time of the day you submit the form.
Question (Student): For ONLINE reporting, what should I do once I receive my username and password?
Answer:  You need to visit (https://egov.ddit.ac.in/) then do login using provided username and password and update your details. Provide correct contact details so that the department can contact you, to send you any relevant information.
Questions related to Freeship Category
Question (Student): I have got admission in the Freeship category (SC or ST with Freeship card), can I do ONLINE reporting?
Answer:  No, for the Freeship category, ONLINE reporting is not possible. You have to do OFFLINE reporting as you need to submit the original Freeship card to DDU.
Question (Student):  I have got admission in the Freeship category (SC or ST with Freeship card) and I did not have to pay any fees to ACPC for confirming my admission. However, now I cannot get a Freeship card from the government department, will DDU consider my admission under the Freeship category?
Answer:  No, DDU cannot consider your admission under the Freeship category without a valid Freeship card. You should get your Freeship Card from the government department as early as possible and then you should report your admission, before due date. Questions related to Reshuffling Round
Question (Student): In the previous round I had got an admission in another college and I had reported my admission to that college, now in the reshuffling round I have got admission in DDU, do I need to report my admission to DDU, if yes, how?
Answer:  Yes, admission reporting is College specific. You need to report your admission to DDU. You can do either OFFLINE or ONLINE reporting. Kindly refer above relevant Questions/Answers.
Question (Student): I have already reported my admission to DDU in the previous round (Round 1 or Round 2) and in a reshuffling round (Round 2 or Round 3), I have got admission in the same Engineering branch and in the same seat category in DDU. Now, do I need to report my admission?
Answer:  If there is no change in any admission related information, except Round number, and you have already reported in the previous round to DDU, then you are not required to report your admission again.
Question (Student): In which situation, I have to report my admission of reshuffling round to DDU again?
Answer:  If there is any change in either Institute Name ( DDU, SFI  or DDU, GIA), or any change in Seat Allocated Category, or any change in Program Allocated, you need to report your admission again. You need to provide your existing username, provided by DDU for the previous reporting, while reporting again for the reshuffling round.
Question (Student): In the previous round, I reported my admission ONLINE, now can I report my admission OFFLINE?  OR I reported my admission OFFLINE, now can I report my admission ONLINE?
Answer:  Yes, you can choose any one.
Question (Student): For reporting of an admission taken under a reshuffling round, which admission letter I have to submit?
Answer:  You need to submit Provisional Admission Letter (also Provisional Seat Allotment Letter) of the reshuffling round. If you had not reported for a previous round admission to DDU, and in the reshuffling round, there is no change in the admission information, then you need to download and submit Provisional Admission Letter (also Provisional Seat Allotment Letter) of the reshuffling round for reporting the admission; you cannot submit the letters of a previous round.
Students who got admission in a course at Dharmsinh Desai University need to report either ONLINE or OFFLINE.
OFFLINE reporting can be done by visiting the Registration Desk at Dharmsinh Desai University with all necessary documents.
Important Note: For admission with Freeship card, Offline reporting is compulsory and should submit original Freeship card.

2. DDU Fee Receipt / Admission letter (mentioning Admission Category and Branch)
